The name Lhuvuko means dedicated in the work.
The association Lhuvuko in Mukhotweni is AfricaWorks oldest association. Lhuvuko began in 2006 with the World Relief Vurhonga project. The volunteers were trained on community education in child survival and support a number of families home to malnourished children.
Each beneficiary has 2000m² of land plot.

Cycle 1- in 12.5ha they harvested 4tones of Sugar beans and 2tones of maize.
Cycle 2 - in 12.5ha they harvested 8.4tones of Sugar beans
Cycle 3 - in 12.5ha they harvested 5tones of maize and 247kgs cowpea beans
Cycle 4 - in 12.5ha they harvested 13.3tones of sugar beans
Cycle 5 - in 12.5 they harvested 13.8tones
