The association Associção Agricola de Nhatine was funded years back by the community members. However, the association suffered for two years after their irrigation pump broke down and they did not have the funding to repair it. In 2008 the leaders from Associção Agricola de Nhatine approached AfricaWorks for assistance. After routine field assessments AfricaWorks agribusiness began working with the association. There two year drought was now over as amongst other materials, a new pump was delivered to the association. work with Associção Agricola de Nhatine.

Each client has a 5000m² of plot of land.
