7 De Abril represents the date of the formation of this particular association. The association of 7de Abril has was officially registered in 200 with the government. However 7de Abril was unable to put their land into production effectively without the needed finance. After being approached by the agriculture department in Guija, AfricaWorks officially began working with 7 de Abril late 2009. 7 de Abril is located on the same 100 hectare plot as Lirandzo.

The majority of our clients in this association are orphans, church leaders, vulnerable people and other members of the community.

Each client has 5000m² plot of land.
